Perspective: From Reactive Relief to Proactive Resilience: In an age of increasing climate volatility, disaster management must transition from emergency response to proactive risk reduction. Our perspective focuses on building community-led resilience through advanced technology like drone surveillance and early warning systems. This mission is aligned with the National Disaster Management Act (2005) and the UN’s Sendai Framework for Disaster Risk Reduction (2015-2030). By training local rapid-action teams and ensuring transparent relief distribution, we minimize the impact of calamities. Our goal is to ensure that even in the face of disaster, the foundation of our society remains unshakable and ready to recover.
