Perspective: Economic Autonomy as the Engine of Social Change : Empowering women is not just a moral goal but a strategic necessity for global prosperity. Our vision for Women Empowerment & Livelihood focuses on transitioning women from traditional roles to high-value manufacturing and digital entrepreneurship. By supporting Self-Help Groups (SHGs) to become micro-industrial units, we leverage the 'Multiplier Effect' where a woman's income directly improves family health and education. This aligns with GoI's Lakhpati Didi Initiative and NRLM, contributing to UN’s SDG 5 (Gender Equality) and SDG 8. We believe that when a woman gains economic autonomy, she doesn't just change her life; she architects the future of her community.
