1. PREAMBLE

Bharat Vision Foundation (hereinafter referred to as “the Foundation”) is established as a non-profit, non-political, voluntary, humanitarian organization dedicated to sustainable development, social justice, environmental protection, and human well-being. Guided by the slogan “Saving Our Common Future”, the Foundation aligns its philosophy, programs, and governance with the Constitution of India and internationally recognized frameworks.

The Foundation recognizes the interdependence of environment, economy, society, and governance, and commits to ethical action, transparency, accountability, inclusion, and scientific temper.

2. ARTICLE I: NAME, LEGAL STATUS & JURISDICTION

1.1 Name: The organization shall be known as Bharat Vision Foundation.

1.2 Legal Nature: Non-profit, non-political, voluntary organization.

1.3 Area of Operation: Across India and lawful international collaborations.

1.4 Legal Status: Societies Act, 1860 / Trusts Act, 1882 / Section 8, Companies Act, 2013.

1.5 Jurisdiction: India-wide with compliant international collaborations.
